the location was acceptable, with easy access to public transport.
The room's climate control was a huge problem. i couldn't adjust the temperature, and the room was uncomfortably cold. also, the noise at night was relentless. There was loud noise in the hallway , made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a convenient system for storing bags after checkout. the location is superb for train connections. i found the breakfast rich and delicious. It's a great start to the day!!!
I could hear some noise from the hallway. It slightly impacted the otherwise quiet environment.

The location is excellent. It is close to the train station and the Chamartín metro. Linea 10 metro took me to the city quickly. Strong WiFi worked well throughout my stay. I enjoyed easy access to transportation.

the hotel had a location beside the train station. it made travel simple. there are restaurants nearby too. the breakfast was plentiful and varied.
the air con did not work in the first room. i moved, but it did not work in the next room too. the rooms were hot, so i got no sleep.
